Montgomery Parks will host two public listening sessions to give the community an opportunity to share ideas for trail renovations.
The first session will be held in person on Thursday, Nov. 2 at Somerset Elementary School from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
The second session will be held online on Wednesday, Nov. 8 on Zoom.

The meetings are part of the “Capital Crescent Trail 2.0” project that will refurbish the popular trail.
“These listening sessions are just the beginning of this project,” Montgomery Parks Trails Planner Kyle Lukacs said in a press release. “They are a great opportunity for the thousands of people who use this portion of the trail every year to weigh in with their preferences for the trail design.”
Registration for both sessions is optional but encouraged.
