This week is National School Bus Safety Week. It is important to remember the rules of the road while driving near a school bus. Montgomery County Public Schools tweeted out a video on what to do when a school bus is stopped.
According to the MCPS website, MCPS buses transport 103,000 students to school and home daily with over 1,300 buses in the fleet.
National School Bus Safety Week is held annually during the third week of October.
