The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a wind advisory for Montgomery County until 10 a.m. today.
According to the NWS, winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph are expected. Gusty winds may blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and power outages may result.
If a power outage results in dark traffic lights, officials remind residents to treat those traffic signals at four way stops.
