Harris rear-ended a vehicle while driving on Bradley Boulevard near River Road, NBC4 reported, citing a Montgomery County police report. The vehicle hit then collided with a third car.
NBC4 said that Harris attempted to leave the scene but was stopped by police.
While Harris failed a field sobriety test and his breathalyzer test was twice the legal limit of 0.8% BAC (blood alcohol concentration), there were no serious injuries reported, according to NBC4.
NBC4 shared that Harris will not be on-air while the incident continues to be investigated.
