Northwest beat their crosstown rivals Seneca Valley 36-0 in the first round of the state football playoffs.
Northwest improves to 8-2. The Jags next play three-time defending state champion Quince Orchard (9-0) – who had a bye week – on Friday. Quince Orchard beat Northwest 34-21 on Oct. 20.
Seneca Valley ends their season at 4-6.
