A new cake shop is coming to Germantown.
Nothing Bundt Cakes will celebrate the grand opening of its new bakery at 20650 Seneca Meadows Parkway, the company said.
The event is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Friday, March 15. The store will host a ribbon cutting with the Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce.
“We’re so excited to continue our growth in the county, especially here in Germantown, which is where my family and I call home,” Verelyn Gibbs Watson, owner of the new location, told MCM.
The store will donate 20 percent of Friday’s sales to The Upcounty Hub, an organization that distributes food and other basic necessities to residents of upper Montgomery County, the company said.
The celebration will continue Saturday at 9:30 a.m. The first 50 customers to arrive will receive a punch card for one free “Bundtlet” per month for one year.
Nothing Bundt Cakes also has locations in Silver Spring, Gaithersburg and Bethesda.
