Montgomery College (MC) President Dr. DeRionne P. Pollard has accepted a new position as the next president of Nevada State College, a four-year, comprehensive public institution in Henderson, NV.
Since 2010, Pollard has helped MC grow into one of the most respected community colleges in the nation, serving more than 50,000 students each year.
Dr. Pollard talked to MyMCM about her new adventure in Nevada and looked back at her 11 year tenure at Montgomery College.
