Maryland National Capital Park Police are investigating multiple reports of indecent sexual conduct that occurred July 14 between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. along Sligo Creek Trail between Jackson Road and Flower Avenue in Takoma Park.
Three female joggers were approached by a male who was masturbating according to police. The woman scared off the man, who then ran away on the trail.
Police have stepped up patrolling in the area.
The suspect is described as an Hispanic male between the ages of 17 and 23, wearing a white T shirt and black and red basketball shorts. He wore a blue Disney Lilo & Stitch bucket style hat.
