Update: Makaila Bailey has been located safe and unharmed according to MCPD.
The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for help from the public in locating a missing juvenile from Rockville.
13-year-old Makaila (Kayla) Bailey who is also know as (Makaila Stuart) was last seen on Thursday around 12:30 p.m. at her residence on Monroe Street. Family and police are concerned for her welfare.
Bailey is described at 5’4″ tall and 150 pounds with blue eyes and shoulder-length blond hair. She wears glasses, and has braces on her teeth. The teen was last seen wearing a blue, zip-up hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and white sneakers. Police say she might be carrying a black backpack.
Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 which is available 24 hours everyday.
