Montgomery County Police arrested Ramone Christopher Ramsay and charged him with the fatal shooting of a Baltimore man who was walking in a Silver Spring parking garage on July 8.
Ramsay, 30, is accused of shooting and killing Kymani Elijah Bailey as he was walking with a group of people on the first level of a county parking garage in the 900 block of Silver Spring Avenue.
During an investigation, police reviewed surveillance video from inside the parking garage. Police also learned that Ramsay had been kicked out of a nearby nightclub shortly before the shooting.
Police are not aware of any connection between Ramsay and Bailey.
Ramsay was arrested Wednesday and charged with first-degree murder and was transported to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit.
