Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) detectives from the Major Crimes Division are investigating a robbery and carjacking outside of a Silver Spring Chick-fil-A.
The victim, a food delivery driver, was leaving the Chick-fil-A at 825 Ellsworth Drive when he was approached by three males who went for his car keys, MCPD said. Police said there was a struggle between the suspects and the victim before they were able to get the keys and drive off in the car.
The car stolen is a white 2019 Nissan Sentra and was taken in the afternoon on June 11, MCPD said.

According to a police press release, “The suspects are described as Black males, dressed in all black, ranging in height between 5’10” and six feet tall. The Nissan has a MD registration with tags reading 6EM3337.”
Police said the victim was not injured from the incident.
