Montgomery County Police officers identified the motorcyclist who was pronounced dead following a collision on Rockville Pike in North Bethesda Oct. 12.
Baeley Aubrey Thackston, 22, of Rockville, was driving north on Rockville Pike on a Yamaha MT07 motorcycle near Tuckerman Lane. The driver of a black Toyota Sienna minivan was headed south on Rockville Pike and making a left turn on Tuckerman Lane when the collision occurred.
Thackston was pronounced dead at the scene, and the minivan driver was taken to an area hospital with minor injuries.
Police ask anyone who may have witnessed the collision or has information related to the incident to contact CRU at 240-773-6620.
