Police are looking for a man who robbed Check Cash Depot in Gaithersburg earlier this month.
At approximately 7:26 p.m. on Nov. 1, Gaithersburg City Police Department officers responded to a report of a commercial armed robbery in the 10 block of North Summit Avenue.
The suspect entered the business, showed that he had a firearm, and demanded cash from an employee. The employee handed the suspect some money, and he then fled the scene.
The suspect is described as a “Hispanic male, approximately 20 years old, with a slender build and medium build,” according to a Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) press release. The suspect wore a dark Reebok sweatshirt during the armed robbery.
