The body of a 20-year-old woman who had been reported missing since Jan. 2 was found at Upper Paint Branch Stream Valley Park Saturday afternoon. Montgomery County Police are investigating the incident as a homicide.
Keylin Yolibeth Chavez-Dominguez of Rockville was last seen by her family and friends on Dec. 30, 2022. She lived in an apartment in the 12300 block of Braxfield Court.
On Jan. 28, Maryland-National Park Police and Maryland Transportation Authority police officers responded to the park at Hobbs Drive and Somerset Lane for a report of suspicious activity. Police found a female body, which was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
No suspect is in custody.
