Police said detectives are investigating the death of a Boyds man after a woman hit him in the head.
40-year-old Marvin Rolando Guevara Guevara died at a hospital Sunday, according to the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD).
According to police, on June 14 officers responded to the 20200 block of Bucklodge Road in Boyds for a reported assault. Police stated there was an argument between Guevara Guevara and a woman, related to his dogs “running loose” in the neighborhood and on her family’s property. It escalated, according to police, and the woman hit Guevara Guevara in the head. He was taken to a hospital where he died this past Sunday.
An autopsy will officially determine cause and manner of death, police stated.
