Police say a man has been arrested and charged with indecent exposure after he reportedly exposed himself on an elevator in Silver Spring.
Emmanuel Horton, 35, of an unconfirmed address has been charged with indecent exposure, second-degree assault and fourth-degree sex assault, according to a release from the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD).
Police think there may be additional victims. MCPD urges anyone who thinks they are a victim of Horton to contact the Third District Station at 240-773-6800 or Crime Solvers of Montgomery County at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477). Callers can be anonymous.
Officers responded to the 900 block of Thayer Avenue in downtown Silver Spring at about 9:37 a.m. Monday for a reported male who exposed himself to others on an elevator, according to police.
Police identified Horton as the suspect and found him a short distance away from the scene. Officers transported him to a police station where he was interviewed.
Horton was taken to the Central Processing Unit and is being held without bond, according to police.
