An autopsy was conducted Thursday afternoon, and Montgomery County Police ruled out the possibility of foul play in the death of a Silver Spring man.

Police are investigating after a man was found dead at a Silver Spring home following a reported disturbance.
At about 12:06 a.m. Tuesday, Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) officers responded to a residence in the 1700 block of East West Highway in downtown Silver Spring for a reported disturbance, according to MCPD’s Public Information Office.
Arriving officers found a deceased man. There is no suspect in custody at this time, police said Tuesday morning, and the department said there is no known threat to the community.
Detectives are conducting a death investigation.
MCP units are on scene of a suspicious death in the 1700 block of East West Highway.
