Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Special Victims Investigations Division are asking the public for help in locating a missing Takoma Park teenager.
Olivia Mouer, 15, was last seen leaving her home on Garland Avenue Wednesday around 8 p.m. She was wearing “wearing a blue shirt over a multi-colored tube top, brown pants, and white shoes.”

Police describe Mouer as having brown eyes and black hair.
Police and family are concerned for Mouer welfare.
