A pet care facility in Bethesda was burglarized earlier this month, according to police.
A burglary occurred Aug. 7 at the Bone Jour store in the 4900 block of Del Ray Ave., per the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD). Police stated that the store’s rear door was pried open and a female suspect entered. Permanent balloons were stolen from outside the store.
Surveillance video has been released and MCPD asks for the public’s help identifying suspects.
Police described one suspect as “a White male, in his twenties, with short hair, a medium build, wearing glasses, a t-shirt, short pants and shoes.” Police described the other suspect as “a White female, in her twenties, with long hair, wearing a winter hat, a long-sleeved sweater, short pants and shoes.”
MCPD asks anyone with information to submit a tip by calling 1-866-411-8477 or by going to the Crime Solvers of Montgomery County website and clicking www.p3tips.com. Up to $10,000 is offered for information that leads to the suspects’ arrests. Tips can be anonymous.
