The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) Special Operations Division will complete a training exercise in downtown Silver Spring Wednesday through Friday.
The exercise will occur in the area of Wayne and Dixon avenues. While residents may notice an increase in police presence, this should not induce fear or concern, according to a tweet by MCPD.
The MCPD-Special Operations Division will be conducting a training exercise in the area of Wayne and Dixon Avenues in downtown Silver Spring between March 29-31.
