Montgomery County Police are at JC Penney’s in the Westfield Wheaton mall Wednesday where there is a report of a barricaded person.
The store was being evacuated around 11 a.m. so police could better manage the incident, according to police.
The incident has been contained to one area, and “there is not treat to the public,” according to police.
