Update: Montgomery County police say Brian Arevalo has been located safe and unharmed.
Original Post: Montgomery County police are asking the public for help in finding a missing 14-year-old Gaithersburg boy.
Brian Arevalo of the 700 block of Quince Orchard Boulevard was last in touch with his family by text on November 17. Arevalo’s family believes he may have traveled to Laurel, Maryland.
Arevalo is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 130 pounds. He has brown eyes and short black hair. He may be wearing a black Nike sweatshirt with “Paris” written in white lettering, khaki pants, white sneakers, and a black backpack.
Police and family are concerned for Arevalo’s welfare.
