Ride On will provide free shuttle service during the Poolesville Day Festival on Saturday, Sept. 21, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The continuous shuttle service will run from four parking locations.
Shuttle Pickup Locations
- Lady of Presentation Catholic Church Parking Lot
- K2 Café near W. Willard Road and Wootton Avenue
- Sarah E. Auer Western County Outdoor Pool Parking Lot
- Poolesville United Methodist Church Parking Lot
Poolesville Road Closures
Several roads will be closed during the Poolesville Day Festival from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Only vendors, artisans, food trucks, and parade participants with a pass will be allowed entry. Road closures include:
- Fisher Ave (Route 107) at Elgin Road (Route 109)
- Cattail Road at Doctor Walling Road
- Norris Road at Wootton Avenue
- Elgin Road at Wootton Avenue
- Shopping Center entrance at Fisher Avenue
Additionally, there will be no entry behind Tractor Supply or parking behind M&T Bank.
