Quince Orchard beat Wise 31-13 in the Maryland 4A football state championship game at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis Friday night. It’s the Cougars’ second state title in the last four years. They previously won in 2018. The Cougars finish the season with a 14-0 record.
