Quince Orchard hosted Northwest for a second round MPSSAA playoff football game Saturday afternoon. Before the game, Quince Orchard honored veterans with a pregame salute a day after Veterans Day. The game was originally scheduled for Friday but was postponed a day because of heavy rain forecast. The salute featured a Black Hawk helicopter flying overhead then landing near the football field. Many families took advantage of the opportunity to pose with the helicopter.
Quince Orchard went on to beat Northwest 24-14.
