The League of Women Voters of Montgomery County (LWVMC) and Montgomery History will host a webinar, “Does Our Constitution Still Work? Resilience & Reform,” on Dec. 3 from 5 to 6:30 p.m.
U.S. Congressman Jamie Raskin, American Enterprise Institute senior fellow emeritus Norman Ornstein, and University of Maryland professor Holly Brewer will discuss the Constitution’s resilience in the face of polaraization, Electoral Collage issues, and ways to strengthen democracy.
