On Tuesday, the U.S. House Select Committee hearings on the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol resume.
Jamie Raskin, Maryland’s 8th Congressional District member, will lead the hearing. The Committee has not yet issued a statement on specific testimonies. However, continued coverage on details surrounding the Trump Administration, extremists, and plans prior to and on Jan 6 can be expected.
“We’re going to use a lot of (former White House Counsel) Mr. Cipollone’s testimony to corroborate other things we’ve learned along the way,” Raskin told CBS Face the Nation on Sunday. “He was aware of every major move that Donald Trump was making to try to overthrow the 2020 election and essentially seize the Presidency.”
The hearing can be streamed on the Committee’s YouTube channel.
