Record $2 Billion Powerball Jackpot Winning Numbers Drawn After Delay

Update: One person has won the $2.04 billion jackpot. The ticket was purchased at Joe’s Service Center in Altadena, Ca.

After a 10-plus hour delay, the winning numbers for the all-time record $2 billion Powerball jackpot were finally drawn Tuesday morning. It is unclear, as of this writing, whether anyone won the jackpot.

The Multi-State Lottery Association pointed to one participating lottery location causing the delay, according to a Tuesday morning press release. The drawing was supposed to take place Monday at 10:59 ET. Powerball requires all participating locations to submit their sales data prior to drawing winning numbers.

The Maryland Lottery tweeted out the winning numbers and shared a pre-recorded video of the drawing to Powerball’s YouTube channel around 9:40 a.m. Tuesday. The winning numbers are: 10 / 33 / 41 / 47 / 56   Power Ball: 10, Power Play: x2

Jackpot results remain pending. The next drawing is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 9 at 10:59 p.m. Ticket-holders can check the Maryland Lottery’s website for live updates.
