Registration for spring programs and activities at Montgomery County Recreation opens at 6:30 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 13.
Spring programs and activities fit a wide variety of interests and skill levels. Programs are available in visual and performing arts, aquatics, fitness, sports and therapeutic recreation. Recreation centers offer programs and activities for all ages, including 55 and over.

Montgomery County Recreation’s financial assistance program, Rec Assist, is currently accepting applications. Eligible County residents could receive $200 per eligible family member to use towards recreation programs, according to the Montgomery County Recreation’s website.
Registration will begin at 9 a.m. for Bone Builders, Day Trippers and Senior Outdoor Adventures in Recreation.

Non-County residents will be able to register at 6:30 a.m. on Feb. 15.
Online registration is encouraged, but it is also available by mail, drop-off or in person. In person registration will be available at four of the County’s aquatic centers, Kennedy Shriver, Germantown, Martin Luther King Jr. and Olney. In person registration is also available at the administrative offices in Wheaton.
