Leaders, community members and students discussed ideas for a potential recreation center to serve the Montgomery Village and Gaithersburg area.
County Councilmembers Dawn Luedtke and Laurie-Anne Sayles hosted a town hall Tuesday evening at Montgomery Village Middle School.
In July, Luedtke, Sayles, and four additional county councilmembers sent a letter to the Lakeforest Mall property owner to request that a community center be included in the Lakeforest redevelopment plan.
