Detectives are concerned about additional victims after a Rockville man was charged with stalking and sexually assaulting a woman in Silver Spring.
Marvin Alexander De Leon Siguenza, 36, was charged with stalking and fourth-degree sexual assault, according to the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD).
Last week, police started investigating De Leon Siguenza after a reported stalking and sexual assault. According to police, investigation found that he approached a woman on Jan. 10 and Jan. 14, and then assaulted her last Thursday, Jan. 16. He was arrested that day.
Police released a photo of De Leon Siguenza and urge anyone who may be a victim to come forward.
