A mariachi band serenade outside a Silver Spring apartment complex was captured on video by Silver Spring civic center operations manager Eric Rasch as he walked through the area with his son on Sunday.
A young man surprised his girlfriend with a mariachi band from Honduras. Rasch told MyMCM that he knew he was witnessing something special so he stopped and asked permission to take a picture, but he was invited to stay and enjoy the serenade as well.
