The Washington Area Bicyclist Association holds its fifth Great Montgomery County Bike Summit Sunday at the Wheaton Library and Recreation Center on Georgia Avenue.
The free event features presentations and panel discussions aimed at advancing safe biking for all. It runs from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The keynote speaker is Will Pines, Maryland State Highway Administrator.
Other speakers include Delegate Marc Korman, Councilmember Natali Fani-Gonzalez and representatives from the County Department of Transportation and Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission.
