You could call him a reluctant hero. Montgomery County Police Sergeant Patrick Kepp survived a horrific accident in the line of duty in 2023, losing both his legs. And now he has found another way to serve his community.
MCM recently caught up with Sergeant Kepp in Annapolis.
Kepp has testified at multiple legislative hearings this session. He tells MCM the most intimidating part- keeping his remarks to the two-minute time limit.
