A man was taken to an area hospital following a shooting in Rockville Thursday at 8:30 p.m.
According to Rockville City Police, the shooting occurred in the area of Blandford Street and East Argyle Street. The 26-year-old victim remains in stable condition. He was shot in the abdomen.
Police and Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services responded to the area and rendered aid.
