Officials say big traffic delays are expected Thursday due to the grassroots event with President Joe Biden at Richard Montgomery High School in Rockville.
“We anticipate significant traffic around Richard Montgomery and throughout Rockville starting at or before 4 p.m., as people begin to arrive,” Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich said at a media briefing Wednesday. “It’s an honor to have the president visit us and I look forward to attending myself.”
Montgomery County Assistant Chief Administrative Officer Dr. Earl Stoddard alerts residents on road closures and recommendations for those invited to attend.
