Police said a Silver Spring man was arrested for eight armed or attempted armed robberies at businesses that happened from last November to this month.
Domonique Nicholas Walker, 24, was arrested Tuesday in Silver Spring, according to the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD). He is being held without bond.
Detectives executed a search and seizure warrant at his home, and recovered items of evidentiary value, according to police.
Walker is charged with multiple counts of armed robbery and related charges.
Investigation found that Walker showed a weapon and victimized the following businesses:
- 7‐Eleven at 12257 Tech Road (Nov. 13, 2024)
- Sweet Frog at 11211 New Hampshire Avenue (Nov. 22, 2024)
- 7‐Eleven at 12257 Tech Road (Dec. 7, 2024)
- Tropical Smoothie Café at 12263 Tech Road (Dec. 19, 2024)
- Ertters Market at 521 Dale Drive (Jan. 25)
- Ertters Market at 521 Dale Drive (Feb. 6)
- Saron Beer & Wine at 961 Bonifant Street (Feb. 8)
- 7‐Eleven at 1301 University Boulevard East (Feb. 11)
