Pedro DeJesus Perez Oliveros of Silver Spring is charged with multiple counts of sex trafficking and prostitution.
Perez Oliveros, 34, was arrested Nov. 15 by the Montgomery County Department of Police Vice and Intelligence Unit. Police learned about a female victim who had been forced to work as a prostitute in September and began an investigation at that time.
According to police, the victim met a man through a social media advertisement for cleaning jobs. She was told she could make extra money as an escort along with the cleaning jobs and stop whenever she wanted. The victim worked for a while before deciding she wanted to stop.
She was told that she had to pay $10,000, according to police.

Perez Oliveros is being held without bond.
