Experts predict the snow will hit harder in areas south of Montgomery County such as southern Prince George’s County and northern Virginia. But the NWS forecasts northeast winds up to 7 mph and a 90% chance of precipitation on Friday in Montgomery County. On Saturday, winds could gust as high as 26 mph.
The weather isn’t expected to impact schools because of its late start on Friday.
