
A 17-year-old student was charged with making threats of mass violence and a hate crime in connection with a call made to a Montgomery County Public School.
A Montgomery County Police investigation found the student had called the school on March 18 and left a voicemail with threatening language directed towards the principal and various demographic and religious groups.
The suspect is a minor, and the case is being handled by the Department of Juvenile Services.
