A 16-year-old, 17-year-old, and 18-year-old have been arrested and charged with a homicide that occurred in Bethesda Monday night, according to a release from the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD).
All three males have been charged with first-degree murder, armed robbery, and conspiracy to commit robbery, police said.
Officers responded to the 6800 block of Wisconsin Avenue around 8:15 p.m. Monday night for a reported “suspicious situation,” according to MCPD. They found a man in a stairwell with trauma to his body. He was pronounced dead on the scene. Police will identify him after notifying the next of kin.
This is an active homicide investigation. MCPD asks anyone with information to call the Major Crimes Division at 240-773-5070.
