Wednesday marked the fourth consecutive day that temperatures hit 100 degrees at one of the major airports in the area. This ties the longest streak on record.
DCA and BWI have both hit 100º F as of shortly after 2 PM. This marks the 4th consecutive day with high temperatures at or above 100º F – tying the record for the longest such streak.
