Thieves broke into several cars and shattered their windows in Silver Spring on Thursday morning, according to the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD).
Police responded to the incident in the 500 block of Randolph Road at about 5:30 a.m., where they found multiple vehicles that had been broken into.
At least 20 vehicles were burglarized, according to reporting from NBC Washington.
At this time, MCPD does not have suspect information. This is an active and ongoing investigation.
