Two people were hospitalized after a high-speed, two-car collision led to a car rollover early Sunday morning in Rockville.
The collision, which occurred around 8 a.m. on Veirs Mill Road and Bradley Avenue, left two occupants transported to an area trauma center by Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service (MCFRS), according to MCFRS Battalion Chief Steve Mann via Twitter.
The speeding driver received several citations and other occupants in the vehicles were not harmed, according to Rockville City Police.
The accident left some lanes in the area temporarily closed for about two hours in both directions.
