Two teenagers from Washington, D.C. have been arrested and charged with a homicide in Rockville that occurred on Dec. 19, 2021.
Montgomery County Police Wednesday announced the arrests of Maynor Josue Bonilla-Flores, 16, and Cesar De-La-O Rodriguez, 18, for the murder that occurred in the 13000 block of Ashby Road in Rockville.
Three people were shot, one fatally, according to police. When officers arrived on the scene at 3 a.m., they found three adults victims suffering from gunshot wounds. All three were taken to area hospitals.
Danis Alcides Salgado-Mata, 22, of Rockville, was shot in the upper body and succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.
Following an investigation, police charged Bonilla-Flores with first degree murder and two counts of attempted first degree murder on Aug. 11. He already was in police custody due to a previous incident, police said.
