Montgomery County Councilmember Marilyn Balcombe is hosting a public safety town hall for residents of council district 2.
Council district 2 encompasses the western portion of the county, including Germantown, Poolesville, Clarksburg, Darnestown, and Dickerson.
Balcombe said in a tweet, “I have heard from many constituents who are concerned about public safety in our community.”
The meeting will take place at the Upcounty Regional Services Center on March 22 from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
Speaking at the town hall will be Montgomery County Police 5th District Commander Edward Pallas and 1st District Commander Elizabeth Hattenburg,

The Upcounty Regional Services Center is located at 12900 Middlebrook Road in Germantown.
