A utility worker was accidentally killed on the 200 block of Ashton Road in Ashton on Tuesday at noon.
The 39-year-old worker died at the scene as a result of an electrocution, according to Montgomery County Police.
Police are on the scene and asking drivers to avoid the area.
The investigation is ongoing.
