Montgomery County Police Department is investigating a Jan. 3 burglary that occurred in the Colesville area. Police released a home surveillance video of the suspect and they are asking the public’s help to identify him.
Police say on Jan. 4, the victim—who had been out of town—returned to her residence, located on the 500 block of Wolf Drive in Colesville, when she noticed her home had been burglarized. Home surveillance video showed a man at her home on Jan. 3 at around 9:20 p.m., police say.
Wheaton district officers discovered that the man broke into the victim’s home using the back door. “The suspect ransacked the home and stole property,” police say.
