Election Day polls opened at 7 a.m. Tuesday. Many but not all of Montgomery County’s 50 polling places were reportedly busy early including the Silver Spring Civic Building where lines were long.

Polls close at 8 p.m. but any voters in line at 8 p.m. will be allowed to vote.
