Gov. Larry Hogan will join Maryland State Superintendent of Schools Karen Salmon to hold a news conference Friday at 2:30 p.m. The last time Salmon joined Hogan for a news conference, it was announced that all public schools would remain closed through April 24 because of the coronavirus.
Hogan tweeted, “I will provide an update on Maryland’s #COVID19 response and recovery efforts. Marylanders will also hear from top cabinet officials, including @MdPublicSchools Superintendent Dr. Karen Salmon.”
The news conference will be live streamed on Hogan’s Youtube, Facebook, and Twitter accounts.
